- 8 Mallon’s Low-Fat Pork Sausages
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 80g kale, roughly chopped
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper
- 50ml white wine
- 150g tomato passata
- 400ml chicken stock
- 1 x 400g tin of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 60g breadcrumbs
