  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 80g kale, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 50ml white wine
  • 150g tomato passata
  • 400ml chicken stock
  • 1 x 400g tin of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 60g breadcrumbs
