Our brands are at the heart of everything we do, bringing top-quality products to people across the island of Ireland and further afield. Our story began in Arthur Mallon’s butcher’s shop in Monaghan Town. Famous for its tasty sausages and excellent customer service, the business has grown steadily over time, now being the most awarded sausage maker in Ireland.
Today, we are based out of our production kitchen nestled just outside of the town where our story began. As a local family, we’re proud to do things close to home. From sourcing 100% Irish pork from Bord Bia accredited suppliers, to helping the communities that support us, we know the importance of giving back to those that work well with us.
