About Us

Our own brands are at the heart of everything we do, bringing top-quality products to people across the island of Ireland and further afield. Our story began in Arthur Mallon’s butcher’s shop in Monaghan Town. Famous for its tasty sausages and excellent customer service, the business has grown steadily over time, now being the most awarded sausage maker in Ireland.

 

Today, we operate from our production facility nestled just outside of the town where our story began. As a local family, we’re proud to do things close to home. From sourcing 100% Irish pork from Bord Bia accredited sources, to supporting the communities that support us, we know the importance of giving back to the communities that shaped us.
