Party Hot Dogs

Shopping List

  • 1 packet Mallon’s pork sausages
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 8 mini hotdog rolls
  • 100ml tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons mustard

Cooking Instructions

Lay the sausages onto a grill pan and grill under a high heat for 10 minutes until golden, turn every few minutes as they cook.

Gently heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft.

Cut warm rolls in half and fill them with sausages, onions, ketchup or mustard before serving.
