  • 1 packet Mallon’s cocktail pork sausages (32)
  • 16 smoked streaky rashers each cut in half
  • A handful of rosemary sprigs
  • 600g floury potatoes
  • 150ml full cream milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100g grated cheese, made up of cheddar, gruyere and parmesan
  • A little salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon plain flour
  • 450ml beef stock (made from a stock cube)
  • 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
  • 25g dried cranberries
