- 1 packet Mallon’s cocktail pork sausages (32)
- 16 smoked streaky rashers each cut in half
- A handful of rosemary sprigs
- 600g floury potatoes
- 150ml full cream milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 100g grated cheese, made up of cheddar, gruyere and parmesan
- A little salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon plain flour
- 450ml beef stock (made from a stock cube)
- 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
- 25g dried cranberries
